Participants form teams and em¬bark on an adventure into the land of Yellowrock in search of gold. Each team pit their skills against others to maximise their return as they travel across a landscape braving perils like "snowstorms" and "heatwaves".

Teams need to develop their strategy, plan, gather the resources they need, all the while reacting to the changing en¬vironment and competitors. To succeed, each individual, leader or member, needs to play their role well while learning to synergise with others. Conducted in a seminar room or outdoor hall, GOLD RUSH™ is an intense game that evokes the same powerful learning as any adventure programme.
