Hi, I am Allan Lee

allan_lee_01I have been involved in the training and development related profession for the past sixteen years. My other industry experiences include human resource management, organisational development, finance, marketing and business development. As a trainer, I have conducted and facilitated hundreds of courses and programmes. I have developed a first-of-its-kind Propless Games® training resource book and the Gold Rush® strategy management board game. I am also currently an Associate Lecturer for Diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Education at Republic Polytechnic. My passion lies in designing games, activities and programmes to make learning experiential and enjoyable.
